Week 6/7

One thing I have learnt this year is that there is never a dull moment at Blagdon!

The last two weeks have been non-stop. With rehearsals fully underway, Class 4 have had to relocate from our classroom to our new home for the next few weeks: the hall!  The children have been a credit: not making a single fuss and trying to get on with the school day as normal - even if the weather is not normal for this time of year!

Last Wednesday, we enjoyed our Robotics Day, which allowed the class to put their engineering and programming to the test by having to construct a robot and then to program it to complete challenges. The day whizzed by, with all the children fully involved. Please see the pictures for a taster of the day.

Well done to those who took part in our Cluster Swimming Gala - they were all fantastic and had a great time. We were just able to win the gala against Sandford - not that I mentioned that (much) to my partner!

We wait to see what the next week brings us!

Have a great weekend
