If you would like to make a complaint  ...


Formal complaints are rare at Blagdon Primary School as we encourage an open dialogue between members of the School community.  Staff are nearly always available – it’s easy to have a quick chat with teachers or the headteacher so most concerns or complaints are dealt with quickly.  We are always willing to listen to any comments made and actively encourage feedback from all.


However, if parents feel that they need to make a formal complaint, it should be made in writing to the Headteacher, who will investigate and give a response within ten days.  This can be via email to jenny.campbell@blagdonprimaryschool.com.


If parents remain dissatisfied with the response, they can appeal to the Chair of Governors, Mr Chris Mills, email: chris.mills@blagdonprimaryschool.com. 


The case will then be reviewed by a Governors’ Panel and a final response given.
